Meditations to Feel 100% Secure... Always
There is nothing more powerful than to look within and to realise that there is a dimension to the self that is complete and perfect in every way. As we explore over the next 40 days, we will come closer to that inner experience of 100% security. We recognise this sparkling being that is within each one of us and we start to explore that. We realise that complete security really means that I come to that place of deep understanding of my own beauty, my own divinity and my own immortality.
This is the highest spiritual effort that we can make.
Day fourty four - Sweetest Relationship of All
We may leave the home for many reasons. Always in the awareness is that there is a time to go back home. The soul feels comfortable, content, full, no effort, in the home. Home is where the heart is, and the heart of the spiritual being is with God, the eternal Father, in the sweetest relationship of all.
Day fourty three - Power of One Thought
Power is my protection. When I blame situations, anything around me, I give away my power. I, the soul, am the creator of my every thought, feeling and behaviour. I am a powerful being. For how long, I will create this hurt. Who will heal me? I can heal myself, with only one thought. This is the power of one thought. And I have the power to create that thought, this power for me is my security.
Day fourty two - Mind that is zero victim
The family of souls is beyond harm, nothing can harm them from anywhere. They can clearly see that only those who create bondages in the story have something to lose. They have zero bondages, they are 100% secure. Discovering a mind that is zero begging, zero victim. A noble mind.
Day fourty one - The Security of the Changeless Reality
Soul is from that dimension of golden light, permanent, changeless, without boundaries. Seeing the being in this eternal dimension, experiencing the security, the fullness, the constant reality. Here, soul is in the company of God, in an eternal relationship.
Day fourty - Strength of Remaining Peaceful
When I remind myself of the immaterial status internally, the pull of the material needs fades and that freedom enables me to have a connection with the One who is completely beyond this world. The One who holds in a completely uncontaminated way this beautiful impulse of love, peace, and happiness, which is the human beings real condition and which we lost in today's world.
Day thirty nine - Opening the Heart
Creating a loving world, by remembering the inner being, that lives forever. Become a loving manager of my thoughts and feelings, like a loving parent. Receiving love from the Supreme Soul, from the Divine. Opening my heart to a higher reality, a higher energy.
Day thirty eight - Remember Who You Are
Soul needs nothing, is completely full. Whatever attainment we wanted to attain is here. The true self is complete - there are no empty spaces, no desires, soul is content. Content with the self, content in all circumstances. Soul is like God and knowing this brings God very close.
Day thirty seven - Pure Feelings to the World
Moving into a subtle dimension, with a subtle energy. From this consciousness, I send the best wishes and pure feelings to the world. Surrounding the world with pure love and divine energy.
Day thirty six - A Heart that is Open, Clear, Pure
The soul is light, it is the spirit. The heart embraces people with the cleanest feelings. Opening the heart and cleaning it with the help of the Supreme Spirit. Connecting with the Divine, and receiving the energy to clean the heart and fill it with benevolence.
Day thirty five - The Supreme Teacher
The Supreme Soul is the Supreme Teacher, who is teaching me, the soul, His child how to do everything. As a Teacher, I listen to Him and His directions. I am such a lucky soul, everything is guaranteed, as long as I put my feet into your footsteps, all is guaranteed.
Day thirty four - Ocean of Love
In the home of the souls, among all the shining stars, there is a unique One, the Supreme Soul, the Father of the world, the Ocean of Love. The Supreme Soul is so stable, He is the Seed, He is so benevolent. Experiencing a wonderful meeting, only Him and I, the soul.
Day thirty three - Beauty of the Truth
Accept the beauty of the truth, support the truth of the being and allow it to be. These beings of light, are from beyond, not from the finite story. The beings of light are from a home of light, a home of truth, of security. In the home, there is the invisible presence, the One who is the Benefactor of all, the Parent of all the beings of light.
Day thirty two - Conqueror of the Mind
As we step into the eternal stillness we are connected with the heart of the One, the source of stillness, the source of silence. My heart is seated in His heart and any insecurity dissolves. The Companion is giving me the purity and the power to win. My remembrance of You, the Supreme Soul, gives me power to conquer what causes sorrow.
Day thirty one - In a Second
Can change my life with just the change of a thought, in a second. The one second of now. I am a soul, a point of energy, I am serene, peaceful. This thought can take more than one second, sustain it in your mind, accept it and feel it. Hold it in your mind and in your heart. Feel it and live with this awareness fully, in the moment.
Day thirty - In the Light of the Divine Sun
The soul is in the front of the Divine Sun. His rays surround me, feeling the warmth, and feeling completely secure. The soul is receiving a current of pure love from Him, feeling safe and accepted in this clean and beautiful love. Realising the eternal self, the immortal, pure soul.
Day twenty nine - Ruler of the Mind
As long as the ego is ruling the mind, there cannot be security. When the ego is removed, the victim mindset disappears. The angel can rule the kingdom. We are seeing the perspective of the one who is already free. When there is no push or pull from the story, there is the experience of complete freedom.
Day twenty six - The Silent Presence
The inner being is beyond all the aspects of gender, age, culture, it is a silent presence, undisturbed, free from those stories of the mind. It can use the mind to express the self. This being is absolutely full, it needs nothing. Not only now, but forever. This is the nature of the being.
Day twenty five - Godly Love
When we change, we see the world changing around us. Submerge your whole being in the quiet ocean of peace, experience silence and begin to unburden yourself. Become aware of your original self. Pure love, clean love, permanent love from God, the ocean of love. This love liberates us, divine love releases us from the past. Remember my stage of goodness.
Day twenty four - Real Self
We see the soul as a subtle presence of energy, beyond gender, name and age. I, the soul, am free, full and secure. Let us decide that we will allow our attention to gently be drawn towards this silent invisible presence who is perfect. With this fullness and sense of total security we continue our daily activities.
Day twenty three - Original Perfect Form
I am a soul, a lovely child of God, a spiritual being and the body provides the tools to express myself. In this awareness of being a soul I can experience my innate qualities of truth, peace, love and happiness and remember the Creator, Absolute Benefactor, Supremely Beautiful, Pure and Perfect One. From now onwards I take a vow that I shall experience all my inner treasures and reveal the form of my invisible creator through my perfection.
Day twenty two - Soul Consciousness
The invisible player sees the physical world as a story. He is free to experience his home. There are feelings of fun and happiness when you are safe and see every moment as a gift. All are immortal and noble, lovely, loving and lucky in the true eternal family of the father and souls. When the soul is conscious the ego can not be the king. He discovers the life of security, love, happiness and truth.
Day twenty one - Yogis for the Future
The being of light is a tiny seed sitting in the roots of the big human world tree. God is the overall seed of the tree of human life. The soul becomes a solid root of the future humanity tree and is reaching closer to the new world that will manifest as a tree of peace, love and harmony. Becoming a yogi for the future.
Day twenty - Flying to the Future
We fly to a place where all living beings, nature and planet has finally reached their state of total harmony and beauty. With the eye of the mind seeing the best day possible. We see each other as harmonious human beings. Let’s capture the essence of the future and keep it in our heart. Whenever I want or lose hope in this world, I return to the vision of the new world and regain strength and hope.
Day nineteen - Own Best Friend
Create a place where you feel safe, peaceful and light close to the self and the divine. Create another room where I can relax and appreciate my own self where I am my own best friend. Create a third place where I am close to God where I am guarded, protected, encouraged forever with the eternal light of the Supreme. Continue to spread peaceful vibrations in your physical home.
Day eighteen - A Peaceful Future
Exploring the depth of my inner being and remember that there is more to me then the body. I am a being of light, peace, love and joy. Connecting to the pure divine Supreme light that protects and guides the soul. In this union with the divine light a new world is born with a peaceful secure future.
Day seventeen - Connected with the Supreme
I, the soul, am always the same conscious being, not an ordinary being, appreciating my uniqueness, there is no other soul who can be me. Touching this treasures that exists inside, the treasures of peace, love and truth. Connecting with the Supreme, the ocean of peace and love, filled with strength and power. Never alone, always secure.
Day sixteen - The Invisible Actor
Spiritual knowledge tells us the invisible actor experiences absolute security in the independent real world beyond the drama. The sensible happy soul discovers and experiences the simplicity of the Supreme world and the family of souls. The invisible actor in the company of the holiest and highest Supreme Father and Friend enjoys the part in the drama with enthusiasm and fun.
Day fifteen - Light of Truth
The foundation for world transformation is to shine light on the truth of the invisible travellers. Experience the real, eternal world of silence and stillness of the immortal living stars. The life of the invisible player is of fun, beyond harm and every moment, experience and interaction is a gift with the noble family.
Day fourteen - Newness
The eternal true original self Is stable and aware of the reality of the true home, divine family and the Supreme ocean of silence, knowledge and love. The mission of the complete, beautiful, powerful, and secure being is to bring newness and accept everyone’s role in this play.
Day thirteen - Transformation
The invisible, immortal being is from the unearthly, eternal world with God and the immortal, lovely, and lucky family. This stable perspective from beyond helps others to bring about the shift in consciousness in a second. Mission is to transform beggars into princes, who are silently content, need nothing and have no disappointments This silent celebration of benevolence leads to a high quality of life, which is filled with bliss and blessings.
Day twelve - Gratitude
The silent detached observer has an attitude of acceptance and gratitude. He experiences the eternal connection with the Supreme Soul, beyond sound and movement in the world of eternal peace. The loving soul observes the life story with freedom and meets others with respect and regard. Victory is guaranteed for the happy, safe and awake being.
Day eleven - The Angel
The carefree Angel is child-like, God-like whilst experiencing 100% security, honesty and truthfulness. The beautiful sparkling light sees the world as one family. There is the experience of the Supreme love, inner contentment and silence . Thoughts of peace, acceptance, understanding and appreciation.
Day ten - Detached Observer
The detached observer feels freedom, power and is free from negative thoughts. Seeing, understanding and experiencing the true sparkling star separate from the body. The soul is full of love and happiness. Stabilising in the true form of peace in the home of the supreme soul and family of souls in sweet silence and stillness.
Day nine - Light of soul
The being of light is a star from the world beyond of light, stillness and silence with other stars. There is an eternal connection with the Supreme star, God. This truth is simple and easy to experience. Whilst visiting the physical world, the star uses the gift of the body as a vehicle. This realisation of the real self, a being of peace is amazing. It is noble, elevated, eternal and everlasting. "I, the soul, am peaceful."
Day eight - Inner Stillness
Experiencing the real me, detached from this body, answering the question 'Who am I?' Experiencing the true self in silence, focusing on the inner stillness. The beautiful awareness 'I the soul, am a peaceful being'. Peace, love, happiness are the original qualities of the invisible traveller, who is watching the world drama. Experiencing being independent, inner freedom. Seeing the beauty in myself, and in others as well.
Day seven - The Invisible Player
We see with the light of truth. The invisible player knows his immortality, he lives in the supreme sky. He needs nothing from anywhere, he is beyond harm. His life is in the world of truth, a life with God. For him, everyone is perfect, the story is right.
Day six - God
The soul becomes conscious and for the true self it is normal to be bodiless, to be immortal, to belong to that supreme abode. Here is our Supreme Friend and Supreme Father. The One who is always in truth, always conscious. He knows the home and the physical world as the story. He knows all souls are like him and he loves them all, independent of the story. He is the Highest, the Holiest, He is forever in that silent bliss.
Day five - Soul Consciousness
Every problem that we see on the planet is secondary to body consciousness, Ego is ruling the mind. The practices here are to address this, through soul consciousness. We come to this world of light, the home of the beings of light. These stars of light belong here. A small little world, of the Father and the family. All are immortal, they need nothing for their existence.
Day four - The Drama
We are the invisible actors within an unlimited theatre. In the drama there is sound and action, there is a script. The invisible actor steps beyond the theatre and is happy to experience the silence of his world, the simplicity of his world. His form is that of a point. The real family is in the real world, beyond the theatre, they all look like points. They are happy to experience the sweetness of this family. They experience the stillness of this world, the temporary theatre is not the only thing.
Day three - Four Steps
First step, with the eye of the mind we see the invisible traveller as a presence, like a tiny point of light. Step two, the invisible traveller is now the observer of this world. He is aware he has a guaranteed exit, he knows he does not own an atom in this world. Step three, the invisible traveller sees this world is a story. He does not create any ego based on the story. He becomes free from waste. Step four, the invisible traveller sees the world beyond the story, in the image of a sky. beyond the story is the reality.
Day two - Seeing the Story
We see the physical world is a story world. Everything that happened today, happened in a story. There is a world beyond the story. Story is not going to create desires. The true self discovers his independence. He understand his immortality and he is beyond harm. The story cannot harm him. Every interaction appears like a gift. The true self knows he is secure in an absolute way.
Day one - The Home of all of us
We see the home as an expanse of light, far, far, beyond this physical world, high in the sky. World of complete stillness, an eternal world, without beginning and end. This is the home of all of us. The temporary physical world is not the home of any of us. This is the eternal home, the true home, the home of all life, secure home. We are seeing the eternal world as our home. It is a small step towards the full security. During these seconds we realise everyone is beyond harm.
